As a lawyer, producer and author, I understand the power of a great story. My objective is to help each client tell their story and reach their goals. With over 20 years of experience working with high-profile nonprofit organizations, both as a lawyer and an executive, Mr. Wallace leverages his unique experience, relationships and knowledge to benefit tax-exempt organizations including charities, churches, ministries and private foundations. His work on behalf of nonprofit organizations includes acting as general counsel and advising on matters such as Entity Formation and Structuring, Federal and State Tax Exemption Applications, Mergers and Acquisitions, Significant Business Transactions, Corporate Governance, Liability Prevention, Intellectual Property Rights, Executive Compensation and Financing Transactions.
Entertainment & Media
With experience as both a seasoned producer of multiple feature films and as executive in charge of a multitude of entertainment and media projects (including stage productions, live events, radio shows and publishing), Mr. Wallace delivers his clients a unique combination of legal expertise combined with practical industry experience. Currently, Mr. Wallace represents film and television producers, publishers, authors and podcasters.
Business Law
As a lawyer with an extensive business background, both as an executive and entrepreneur, Mr. Wallace understands the unique needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners. His representation of business clients includes entity formation and structuring, capital raises, the purchase and sale of operating businesses, real estate and financing transactions, intellectual property rights and providing general counsel services.
